Privacy, in plain words
We collect zero data about your customers
There is no customer sign-up, no form, and no customer account. We never ask your customers for an email, a name, a phone number, or a birthday — and we do not store any. The wallet pass itself is the customer. That is the whole product.
The technical identifiers a wallet pass needs
To make a pass work, the wallet platforms process purpose-limited technical identifiers: a random pass serial number, and the device push tokens Apple and Google use to update a pass. These are used only to issue, update, and redeem the pass — never to profile a person, and never joined to any real-world identity. There is no location tracking.
Merchant accounts
Only the shop owner has an account. We hold the business email used to sign in and run the account. That is the only personal data in the system, and it belongs to the merchant, not their customers.
Analytics on this website
This marketing site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and sets nothing on your device — so there is no consent banner to click. It counts aggregate visits (pages, referrers, country) without a cross-site identifier. IP addresses are used transiently for country-level geography and are not stored by us.
Payments
Subscriptions are handled by Stripe's hosted checkout. We never see or store a card number.
